- Pop-X reserves the right to refuse entry if ticket verification fails
Customers are responsible for keeping their ticket QR codes secure.
Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Event cancellation by the organizer
- Event rescheduling where the customer cannot attend
- Duplicate or accidental payments

Event Changes
