Thank you for supporting Pop-X. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or returns may be accepted for purchases made through our website.
Event Tickets
All ticket purchases for Pop-X events are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a ticket has been purchased and the order is completed, refunds will not be issued except under the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled by the organizers
- The event is rescheduled and the customer cannot attend the new date
- Duplicate transactions or accidental double payments
If the event is cancelled, customers will be notified through email and the official Pop-X website regarding refund procedures.
Pop-X reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Ticket Usage
Each ticket contains a unique QR code used for entry verification at the event.
Once a QR code has been scanned and marked as used at the venue, the ticket is considered redeemed and cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for keeping their ticket QR codes secure and preventing unauthorized use.
Merchandise Returns
For physical merchandise purchased through our website, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
To request a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photo of the item received
- Description of the issue
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Merchandise that has been used or damaged after delivery
- Event tickets that have already been issued
- Digital products or downloadable content
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
