The initial setup includes 1 chair only. However, you may request additional chairs, subject to availability and as long as they fit within your booth space.

Hi! We’d like to clarify something regarding the Artist Booth Package.
Our group consists of 4 artists, and we’re planning to share a single booth. We noticed that the package includes only 1 Event ID, along with one table and one booth space.
We were wondering how this would work for groups like ours. Since there are four of us sharing one booth, would the other three artists need to purchase separate Artist Booth Packages (₱4,000 each) just to gain event access, even though we’ll only be using one booth and one table?
Is there an option to purchase additional Event IDs or exhibitor passes for the same booth instead of having to register four separate booth packages?

Thank you for reaching out and for your inquiry.
The Artist Booth Package includes one (1) complimentary Event ID, along with one booth space and one table.
If four artists will be sharing the same booth, only one artist will receive the complimentary Event ID included in the package. The remaining three artists will need to purchase regular Event Passes/Tickets to gain entry to the event. They do not need to purchase additional Artist Booth Packages, as long as they are all sharing the same booth.
At this time, we do not offer additional complimentary exhibitor passes or Event IDs for a single booth package.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept down payments for booth reservations. To secure a booth, full payment is required, and reservations are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
If paying the full amount at once is a concern, you may consider using a credit card through our payment system, which offers multiple payment methods for your convenience.
